I craft visual worlds as containers for story, rhythm, and emotion, so the audience can feel what the image is carrying.

I'm Ana Montaño, a Berlin-based colorist, DoP, and visual artist. With 10+ years of experience in color grading across feature films, TV series, commercials, and music videos, I've collaborated with clients including Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and Viacom. I'm a member of the Colorist Society International (CSI) and the Mexican Colorists Association (CAM).

I hold an MA in Cinematography from Berlin. My work in the color suite, behind the camera, and in my artistic practice all come from the same place, a sustained curiosity about how light, color, and time shape what we feel.
